1/2 to 5 Ton Commercial Water Source
Heat Controller's HB Series commercial water source heat pumps are ideal replacements for older water source heat pump installations. With an innovative cabinet design, there are models to fit just about any existing location. Multiple access panels make installation easy, especially in tight spots.
HB Series is available from 1/2 to 5 tons, charged with environmentally friendly R-410A refrigerant with TXV metering device, designed specifically for water loop, boiler-tower applications, includes factory installed hanger brackets on horizontal units.
Vertical and horizontal versions are available and can be ordered in a variety of configurations with options for supply air location, return entry and heat exchanger. Horizontal models are field convertible to end discharge without extra parts.
An extensive range of models, capacities and voltages means there’s a model to meet the demands of designer, contractor and building owner—a great choice for new construction, retrofits, as well as replacements!

Unit Protection—State-of-the-art electronic controls monitor key system points to prevent damage from short cycling, low or high voltage, high or low refrigerant temperature/pressure, air coil or water coil freeze, and condensate overflow
Durable Cabinet—Galvanized steel construction
Reliable Compressors—Copeland scroll compressors on 024 and larger models; rotary compressor on 018 and smaller sizes; 015 to 060 models include compressor discharge muffler
