Cased and Uncased R-410A Coils

High quality coils are designed for use with split system air conditioning units and are available for vertical upflow or downflow, and horizontal left or right airflow.

These coils are ideally suited to a wide range of applications, including new installations, replacements and add-ons.

Coils are designed to match Heat Controller A/C condensing units for R-410A; however, these coils will match with a large range of other manufacturers’ condensing units and heat pumps.

Features

Wide Range of Applications—Coils are ideally suited to new construction and replacement installations

Thermal expansion valves—All coils are equipped with 15% bleed type R-410A TXVs

Designed for efficiency—Aluminum fins are bonded to internally grooved copper tubing

Corrosion-Proof Drain Pan—Unique design maximizes application flexibility and condensate removal; upflow pan made of injection molded high temperature UL approved plastic; horizontal drain pan made of UL approved vacuum-formed high impact PVC.

Insulation—Cased coils are fully insulated with foil faced insulation

Easy Installation—Coils come with dual right and left hand 3/4" F.P.T. condensate drain connections to simplify hook-ups

Secure Connections—Refrigerant connections are swaged and factory sealed with copper caps

Factory Tested—Coils are leak tested at 500 psig and then factory sealed

Verification—Schrader valve verifies factory nitrogen charge and ensure leak-tight integrity

Look for the Leaf: R-410A is called an environmentally-friendly refrigerant because it does not contribute to the depletion of the earth's vital ozone layer, which provides a protective barrier against the sun's harmful UV rays. Soon all refrigerants used around the world will be replaced by non-ozone depleting refrigerants such as R-410A, which is already in use in many Comfort-Aire models. Look for equipment marked with the leaf, signifying that it's charged with R-410A.
